Let’s Talk Things Through
A relaxed conversation to help you untangle thoughts, explore possibilities and take your next small steps
Retirement is often described as a time of freedom and possibility — and it can be.
But it can also bring unexpected changes to identity, confidence, relationships, routine and purpose. Many women find themselves asking questions they never anticipated:
Who am I now that work has ended?
How do I create structure and meaning in my days?
Why doesn’t retirement feel quite how I expected?
What do I want this next chapter of life to become?
One to one conversation offers a calm, supportive space to explore these questions without pressure or judgement.
Together, we focus on creating a retirement that feels balanced, fulfilling and genuinely your own.
If you would like to find out more about whether this kind of support would be right for you, a free introductory call will give us a chance to get to know each other and explore the possibilities.
Retirement is a major life transition
Guided Clarity Conversation
Sometimes you don't need a long coaching programme.
You simply need the space to talk things through, explore what is feeling difficult, and gain some clarity about what comes next.
Guided Clarity is a one-to-one conversation designed to help you do exactly that.
Whether you are struggling to adjust to retirement, feeling uncertain about what this next chapter might look like, facing changes in your relationships or daily routine, or simply feeling a little lost, this session provides a calm and supportive space to reflect, explore and plan your next steps.
Together we will look at what is happening in your life right now, identify what matters most to you, and consider practical ways forward.
You will leave with greater clarity, renewed confidence, and a clearer sense of direction.

What happens after the session?
Many women find that a single conversation gives them the clarity they need.
Others discover that they would benefit from some additional support as they put changes into practice.
If, at the end of our session, we both feel that further conversation would be helpful, we can discuss what that might look like and create an approach that suits your individual circumstances.
There is absolutely no obligation to continue beyond your initial session.
Prefer to work through things at your own pace?
Not everyone is looking for one-to-one conversation. Some women prefer to reflect quietly in their own time, have busy schedules, or simply want a more affordable way to explore their retirement journey.
The Golden Chapter Workbook offers a self-directed coaching experience that you can complete whenever and wherever suits you. Through thoughtful explanations, practical exercises and gentle prompts, it helps you explore what matters most to you and begin shaping a retirement that feels purposeful, balanced and joyful.
While the workbook follows many of the same themes we explore in coaching sessions, it is designed to be completed independently. It does not include personalised guidance, tailored advice or individual feedback.
For many women, the workbook is the perfect first step. Others use it alongside one-to-one coaching to deepen their reflections between sessions.
If you decide to book a Guided Clarity Coaching Session, you'll receive a complimentary digital copy of The Golden Chapter Workbook to support your reflections and continue your journey after our session together.
Explore the workbook and begin your journey in your own way, at your own pace.

No. Coaching focuses on reflection, clarity and moving forward. It is practical and supportive rather than therapeutic.

Not at all. Just bring yourself and an open mind.
