The Joyful Retirement Community

The Joyful Retirement Community is an online membership designed to provide encouragement, connection and practical retirement support.

Membership may include access to:

• other member benefits that may change from time to time.

We may add, remove or modify Community features as the membership evolves.

Membership Payments

Where membership is offered as a recurring subscription, payments will automatically renew until cancelled.

By subscribing, you authorise the recurring payments applicable to your chosen membership plan.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will prevent future renewal payments, and your access will continue until the end of your current paid membership period unless otherwise stated.

Community Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a warm, welcoming and respectful community.

Members agree to:

• treat other members with kindness and respect

• avoid abusive, discriminatory or offensive behaviour

• respect the privacy of other members

• avoid promoting products or services without permission

• avoid sharing misleading, unlawful or inappropriate content.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend or terminate memberships where behaviour is inconsistent with these principles.

Member Content

Members remain responsible for the content they post within the Community.

By contributing comments or discussion, you grant The Joyful Retirement Coach permission to display that content within the Community.

We will never intentionally share private member discussions publicly without permission, except where required by law.

Community Content

All Community resources, recordings, downloads and materials remain the intellectual property of The Joyful Retirement Coach unless otherwise stated.

Membership provides a personal licence to access these materials while your membership remains active.

Community content may not be copied, shared, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Digital Products

Digital products may include:

• e-books

• downloadable workbooks

• downloadable planners

• guides

• Community resources

• other digital materials.

Upon successful payment or activation of membership, access will be provided through the method specified at purchase.

Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once a product has been downloaded or accessed, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Physical Products

Coaching Services

Coaching services are intended to provide support, guidance, reflection and practical tools for navigating retirement and life transitions.

Coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy, financial advice, legal advice or medical advice.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and outcomes.

Coaching Appointments

Appointments will be conducted online via video conferencing.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may be transferred to an alternative time where possible.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion.

Workshops and Events

Workshop places are limited and require advance registration and where applicable payment.

Cancellations by Participants

Workshop fees are generally non-refundable within seven days of the event.

Where sufficient notice is provided, we may offer a transfer to a future workshop at our discretion.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule workshops where necessary.

If a paid workshop is cancelled by us, participants will be offered either:

• a full refund; or

• a transfer to another workshop date.
