Coaching Appointments

Appointments will be conducted online via video-conferencing.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may be transferred to an alternative time where possible.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion.

Workshops and Events

Workshop places are limited and require advance registration and payment.

Cancellations by Participants

Workshop fees are generally non-refundable within 7 days of the event date.

If sufficient notice is provided, we may offer a transfer to a future workshop at our discretion.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule workshops where necessary.

If a paid workshop is cancelled by us, participants will be offered either:

• A transfer to an alternative date.
