Workshops For Your Next Chapter
Supportive in-person workshops where women come together to explore retirement, identity, relationships and what comes next
A gentle space to reflect, reconnect and begin again
Retirement is one of life’s biggest transitions — yet many women find themselves stepping into it with very little emotional preparation or support.
Alongside the freedom and possibility can come unexpected questions about identity, confidence, relationships, routine and purpose.
These workshops offer a warm and welcoming space to pause, reflect and explore what this next chapter could become.
There is no pressure to have everything figured out. Just thoughtful conversation, practical guidance and gentle encouragement alongside other women navigating similar changes.
Supportive workshops led with warmth and practicality
My workshops combine reflective coaching, practical exercises and honest conversation in a calm and supportive environment.
They are designed to feel welcoming rather than overwhelming — with gentle structure, small moments of insight and practical tools that participants can continue using long after the workshop ends.
Whether you are newly retired, approaching retirement or already retired and simply wondering what comes next, you are warmly welcome.
Gentle Introduction Workshop
A welcoming first step into your Golden Chapter
If you are approaching retirement, newly retired or simply wondering why this stage of life feels more complicated than expected, this gentle introductory workshop offers space to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself.
Together, we explore some of the emotional and practical shifts that retirement can bring — including identity, routine, relationships, purpose and the shape of everyday life after work.
You do not need to have everything figured out. This is not about reinventing yourself overnight or creating the “perfect retirement.” It is simply an opportunity to reflect, share ideas and begin exploring what this next chapter could become.
The atmosphere is warm, relaxed and welcoming, with gentle guided exercises from The Golden Chapter Planner to help you continue reflecting long after the workshop ends.

Sometimes it helps to hear “me too”
Many of the questions and emotions retirement brings are more common than we realise — and often become easier to navigate through conversation, reflection and shared experience.
